Three signings to fish with Campbellsville!!

On March 13th, Coleman and Keenan Stewart signed with Campbellsville University for bass fishing. Despite being a small school, Campbellsville is well-known within the realm of bass fishing. Tony Miracle, the Coach of the team, brought many anglers with him to meet the two outstanding fishermen they would fish along for the next few years.

These two have excelled in both the classroom, the water, the diamond, and one on the football field. Coleman Stewart is a great student and he is also a key baseball player on the field. Keenan Stewart is a tri-sport athlete as he does fishing and is a key player on the diamond and football field.

Both of them transferred to Boyle in sixth grade and were looped into fishing. After some time on the water, both of them fell in love with it and soon started to focus on it throughout the next few years. Each of them takes every opportunity they have to go out on the water whether it is for a full day or just a few hours.

Congratulations to both Coleman and Keenan Stewart as they take on collegiate fishing!

Coleman and Keenan were not the only ones to sign that day. Right after their signing, Brayson Claunch, another notable fisherman for the Boyle fishing team, also signed with Campbellsville.

Claunch came to Boyle his eighth grade year from Mercer County. He was an instant stand-out in the high school fishing community as he was not afraid talk to anyone. He was able to gather information from his peers and had a lot of practice, becoming one of the top fishermen on the Boyle team.

Congratulations to Brayson Claunch as he continues his fishing career into college!

Good luck to each of these fishermen as they go on to Campbellsville to keep going with their fishing careers, and will become key parts to that team of anglers.
