This past Monday, in the first round of the 45th District Tournament, the Rebels took on the Kentucky School for the Deaf. The two teams haven’t had a match-up since at least 2010.
Boyle did not play their starters in this game in order to keep them rested and healthy for the next match-up, Thursday versus Lincoln County. Boyle played many freshmen and sophomores, allowing them to gain experience and playing time.
The Rebels took a lead and never held back as they took a win over KSD 85-29. Boyle will take on district rival, Lincoln County, this coming Thursday at Garrard. The two teams are 1-1 with one another in the regular season. Stay tuned in to BCSN to keep up with the action!
