Over the weekend, the winter guard and percussion traveled to Owen County to compete in the Owen County Competition. This was the first competition of their winter season.
Indoor percussion placed second out of the two groups in their division. Winter guard placed seventh out of eleven groups. Boyle was one of the fan favorites of the day.
Camilla Clay, a junior in band, said, “We were expecting it, but we plan to do a lot better next time.”
The next competiton for the band is in Campbell County!
